Example on how our “Interest Only Bearing” program works:
If an investor wants to invest $10,000, he is automatically locked in for 12 months. This is definitely not a negative, because over that 12-month period the investor will make a much higher return rate than in our regular investment program. After the first 4-month period this investor will be mailed a check in the amount of $500.00. After the second 4-month period the investor will be mailed a check for $1,000.00. After the third 4-month period the investor has to make a decision of whether or not to continue with the interest bearing program . If the investor does remain invested in the program, we will reward the investor by increasing their return rate by 5% for staying in the program. The investor will then be mailed a check for $1,500.00. If the investor decides to opt out of the program they will receive their original investment of 10,000.00. If the investor remains invested in the program, they will have earned $3,000.00 (on the 10,000.00 invested) over the 12-month period—the investor has earned over 5% more on his money, while being invested in this program.
