Explanation on how this program works:
This program is geared towards investors that have credit scores of 650 or higher and a minimum of 680 for a (middle score). If someone is interested in getting involved in real estate or is already involved in real estate, we would pay that individual the above percentage to buy one of our properties that we have for sale. The paid out percentage to the individual would be relative to the cost of the property that they agree to purchase. Funds would either go towards the purchaser's closing cost or a down payment or the investor would receive certified funds. All information would be annotated inside of the Real Estate Purchase agreement for the amount to be paid out at closing. Example: We have a $90,000 property for sale and an investor agrees to buy this property; when the property closes, this investors receives credit for $4,050.00.
